Why retractable louvres?
Retractable louvres offer a unique range of benefits to apartment building architects, developers and residents. Most compellingly, unlike conventional louvres, they retract fully and thus don't obstruct the million-dollar views that are often a key selling point of apartments.
Retractable louvres are sturdy enough to withstand high winds, unlike external automatic or retractable blinds.

Unlike internal blinds, retractable louvres allow residents to use all the available space on hot days - there are no "hot zones" near the windows.
