The Brief
Advanced Design Innovations was asked to develop a unique outdoor patio for a residential application.
The Challenge
The client required a seamless, elongated circular patio.
Due to the tight radii on the ends, conventional channels could not be rolled to create the circular shape which holds the timber cladding.
The Result
An alternative fabrication method was adopted to produce the circular end shapes.
The result is a fully assembled steel frame that can be supplied as a finished unit, ready for a carpenter to install the timber cladding.
